TimeInvoicer turns your calendar appointments into invoices – on your phone or tablet. Several improvements have landed since August. Here are the most useful ones, explained briefly with what they mean for your practice or office. Everything refers to the current store versions Android 1.4.96 and iOS 1.0.10.
Organise session notes and archive them as PDF
Put session notes – your session or counselling notes – into your own folders, move or copy them. Search now also finds client names. When you close a note, the app stores it as a readable PDF in your folder – sorted by year and person, just like an invoice.
Custom document templates with placeholders (Premium)
Write a text once and insert placeholders for name, salutation or date. Add letterhead, logo and signature as images and place them where you want them. Part of the Premium plan.
Open saved invoices as PDF and edit them again
Open a saved invoice directly as PDF from the file list. “Edit” loads it back into the editor – before saving, the app asks whether to replace the existing file.
New contacts are kept as drafts
Unfinished contact entries are saved immediately and restored after an error or restart.
Direct way to the online help “Ask Timi”
On Android you find “Ask Timi (online)” under Info & Help. It opens the online help on timeinvoicer.com, where Timi answers your how-to questions – this needs an internet connection. Please do not enter personal data or client names there; where your question is sent is stated right next to Timi on the help page. On iPhone and iPad you reach the same online help via timeinvoicer.com/help.html.
Starter is free for up to 10 professional clients or customers; invoices are unlimited in every plan. Plus and Premium are paid plans – see the pricing page for details.
We recommend an iPad or a tablet with a large screen if you want to take notes during sessions.
